  • Pets must be free from illness, injury, and parasites
  • Walk-ins are not guaranteed
  • A ₱100 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your slot

Emergency Protocols

In case of emergency, we will immediately contact you.

If unreachable, your pet will be brought to a veterinarian to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Any related veterinary expenses will be added to the final bill unless caused by handling under our care.
