Admission Policies
  • Pets must be healthy and parasite-free
  • Not allowed: pets in heat or pregnant
  • Senior pets (10+ years) subject to approval
  • Vaccinations required (rabies, 5-in-1, bordetella, etc.)
  • 50% reservation fee required
Stay Terms
  • Standard hotel stay: 24 hours
  • Early check-in before 9AM: +₱500
  • Late check-out after 6PM: +₱500 + hourly rates
  • 5-minute grace period applies

Emergency Protocols

In case of emergency:

We will immediately contact you. If unreachable, your pet will be brought to a veterinarian to ensure their safety and well-being.

When your pet experiences vomiting or diarrhea, veterinary assistance will be sought—no compromise.

Any veterinary expenses will be billed accordingly unless caused by handling under our care.
