General Questions

What services do you offer?

We provide the following services:

  • Pawtel - Our boutique pet hotel

  • Pawlor - Our luxury pet grooming salon and spa service

  • Pawvide - Our pet supplies shop where we offer our in-house all-natural pet food, boosters, and freeze-dried snacks
What are your service hours? 
  • Pawtel (pet hotel and daycare) is open 24 hours a day, even during the holidays. Walk-ins are encouraged between 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Early check-in and late check-out fees apply earlier and beyond those times, respectively.

  • Pawlor (luxury grooming & spa) is open daily, including holidays, from 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. While walk-ins are welcome, we encourage scheduling online through our Book Now page to ensure your space is reserved. A ₱100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot and will be deducted from your final bill.

  • Pawtect (veterinary care) is open for vaccinations only and is scheduled by appointment.

  • Pawcademy (dog training) hours are scheduled by appointment only.

  • Pawvide (in-store pet essentials) is open from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Do you also accept hourly stays?

Yes, we do. Our daycare service offers hourly rates for both walk-ins and online bookings via our Book Now page.

Do you have any restrictions for accommodating pets?

Yes— this is to ensure all accommodated pets remain risk-free.

Key Restrictions:

  • Pets with incomplete vaccinations
  • Pets with ticks, fleas, and other internal and external parasites
  • Pets with illnesses, injuries, and ongoing medications
  • Pets with extreme aggression
  • Pets who are in heat, lactating, or pregnant
  • Pets younger than 6 months old

Pets over 10 years old require a quick safety assessment before their stay.

Where are you located?

Pawsitive is located on the 3rd Floor of  Allianceland Tower, Paseo de Roxas cor. Dela Rosa St., Legazpi Village, Makati City, an area surrounded by many nearby establishments including restaurants, wellness clinics, and other lifestyle destinations.

How can I book a service?

You may book through our website’s Book Now page or contact us directly through our Facebook Messenger for assistance.

Do you provide updates on our pets during their stay or visit?

Yes. We can provide scheduled updates, photos, or video calls upon the request of pet owners.

Pet Hotel & Daycare

What types of rooms are available for boarding?

We currently offer comfortable, sound-controlled spaces for dogs of various sizes.

While our cat pods are located in another room, away from the dogs.

For other pet accommodations, please contact us via Messenger.

Are pets supervised overnight?

Yes. Two (2) stay-in staff members monitor pets overnight to ensure their safety and well-being.

How many walks do dogs receive per day?

Dogs typically receive two walks per day, usually in the morning and afternoon, depending on their bio-break schedule.

What is included in a standard stay?

A standard stay typically includes scheduled feeding, regular walks or bio-breaks, supervised rest and play periods, all monitored by a trained staff.

How often will I receive updates about my pet?

As often as we can (as per your request). We will send each update through Messenger, Viber, or your preferred contact details.

What is the minimum age for boarding?

The minimum age for both cats and dogs is 6 months. 

Can I drop by anytime to book overnight stays?

Yes— while we accept walk-ins for overnight stays, we suggest booking in advance through our Book Now page to secure your pet’s spot.

Can my pets share the same space?

Yes— shared stays for sibling pets are allowed upon request; however, standard rate remains per pet.

What requirements do I need to submit to book a stay?

We require you to provide the following:

  • Your pet's up-to-date vaccination card
  • Meals and feeding schedule
  • Leash and carrier
  • Poop bags and bio break schedule

We also highly recommend bringing your pet's items to allow them to adjust better. Some such items are:

  • Bowls
  • Beds
  • Litterbox
  • Litter sand
  • Treats
  • Toys
  • Vitamins
Can I bring my pet’s favourite toys, blankets, and bowls?

Yes— to help your pet settle in, we recommend bringing a few favorite items from home.

Where can I purchase additional supplies for my pet?

If you're missing some essentials, you can always buy them at our store, Pawvide.

What kind of pets do you accommodate?

We usually accept dogs and cats from 6 months to 10 years old, and cats of any size. Any other pets are subject for approval. We encourage you to contact us through our Messenger for any special accommodations.

What are your Safety Protocols for pet accommodations?

We have strict protocols to follow to ensure pet safety.

  • Disinfecting the weighing scale before and after use
  • Washing and sterilizing before each use
  •  Strict observance of proper food storage
  • Photographing your pet’s personal items before check-in to ensure proper safekeeping
  • Storing pet items in their designated box to avoid loss
  • Conducting daily UV and ozone disinfection, during which pet areas are vacated
  • Ensuring cleanliness through prompt cleaning and waste management
  • Tracking your pet’s food and ensuring it is refilled according to your specified feeding schedule

Pet Grooming

How many certified groomers do you have?

We currently have two (2) certified groomers.

What grooming products do you use?

We use premium imported shampoos and conditioners that are widely recognized in the grooming industry. We also offer medicated baths using Hydra Vegan Detox for pets that need specialized skin care.

What grooming equipment do you use?

Our grooming equipment includes standard grooming blowers, handheld dryers, hydrotherapy jacuzzi, and a cozy dryer box for pets that are sensitive to strong air pressure.

All grooming tools, tables, bathtubs, and towels are cleaned and disinfected after every use.

What makes your grooming service different?

Our grooming approach focuses on gentle handling and building trust with pets. We never rush grooming sessions or use harsh techniques. If a pet becomes too anxious, we may recommend rescheduling or discussing alternative solutions with the owner.

Am I allowed to watch the grooming process?

Of course! Our grooming area features a see-through glass, so you can wait nearby and check in on your pet anytime.

Where can I go while waiting for my pet?

Within the building you can visit Ikinari Steak, Ramen House, Kutis by Kei Dermatology Aesthetic Clinic, and a Pickleball Flagship Store. There are also many restaurants nearby and around Greenbelt.

What breeds do you accept for grooming?

We accept any breed of dog and cat with varying degrees of matting. If you have other pets that you would like to groom, please contact us through Messenger for approval and a quotation. 

Does your grooming service fix severely matted coats?

Yes—we strive to preserve your pet’s coat whenever possible, but we will always prioritize their comfort above all else.

What is included in your Full Grooming Service?

We include the following services: 

  • Full Body Cut 
  • Bath & Blow-dry 
  • Nail Clipping & Filling
  • Ear Cleaning
  • Face Trim
  • Paw Pads Shaving
  • Sanitary Trim
  • Toothbrush Service

You can also upgrade any grooming session to a Styled Cut or Creative Cut to achieve a custom look that fits your pet’s personality.

Do you handle individual treatments or à la carte services? 

Yes— we handle à la carte services according to your needs. You can always look through our service menu in the Services section of our website.

Dog Training

What training programs do you offer?

Our training programs include basic and advanced obedience training. Each program has 10 sessions.

How often are training sessions conducted?

Training sessions are usually conducted 1 to 3 times a week so both the dog and owner can consistently practice commands.

Who conducts the training?

Training is handled by a professional training school with over 13 years of experience in the industry. They specialize in working with both small and large breeds.

Will owners be involved in the training process?

Yes. Training includes a turnover of command where owners learn how to continue practicing commands with their dogs at home.

Veterinary Care

What veterinary services do you offer?

We currently offer vaccination services through our partner veterinarian.

When is the veterinarian available?

Our partner veterinarian typically visits Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday at 5:00 PM. We recommend contacting us first to confirm availability.

What if the veterinarian is unavailable?

If our veterinarian is unavailable, we may refer clients to The Furr Project for veterinary services.

Pet Shop

Do you sell pet supplies online?

Yes. You can now explore and purchase our in-house pet meals at the Services tab. Other pet essentials are available in-store.

We’re continuously adding new products in our selection, so stay tuned!

What brands of pet food do you carry?

We carry our own in-house food line, Pawvide—featuring slow-cooked, all-natural meals, fresh-frozen for quality, along with wholesome boosters and single-ingredient freeze-dried treats.

Pet Stay Requirements

What vaccinations are required before my pet can stay at the hotel?

Pets must have up-to-date vaccinations before boarding. Proof of vaccination may be required to ensure the safety of all pets.

Can pets bring their own food or toys?

Yes. Owners are welcome to bring their pet’s preferred food, toys, or comfort items to help them feel more at home.

What happens if my pet becomes ill during their stay?

Our staff will immediately contact the owner and coordinate with our partner veterinarian if medical attention is needed.

Any related expenses will be discussed accordingly.

Do pets need to be friendly with other animals?

Pets staying with us should be comfortable around staff and other animals to maintain a safe environment for everyone.

Pet Hotel & Daycare Policies

What are the requirements for admission?

Pets must have updated vaccinations (Rabies, 5-in-1, Bordetella, Kennel Cough, Deworming, Anti-Tick & Flea).

They should be in good health, free from illness or parasites, and not in heat or pregnant. Pets over 10 years old are subject to assessment.

How do I confirm a booking?

A 50% reservation fee is required to secure your pet’s stay. The remaining balance is payable upon checkout.

What are your check-in and check-out guidelines?

Overnight stays follow a 24-hour cycle. Early check-ins before 9:00 AM and late check-outs beyond 6:00 PM may incur additional fees.

Short stays (hours within the same day) ideally begin from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and may incur additional charges for early check-in and late check-out.

Is there a grace period for late pick-up?

A 5-minute grace period is provided, after which additional daycare charges may apply.

How are hourly daycare stays calculated?

Daycare is charged per hour, with a minimum of one (1) hour.

A 5-minutes grace period for pickup is observed.

But any time exceeding the grace period is considered the next billing hour.

How do you ensure my pet’s safety and hygiene?

We maintain strict cleanliness standards, including regular sanitation of facilities, proper food handling, and secure storage of your pet’s personal items.

What happens in case of an emergency?

Our staff will immediately contact the owner and coordinate with our partner veterinarian if medical attention is needed.

Any related expenses will be discussed accordingly.

Shipping & Delivery

How are Pawvide orders delivered?

Pawvide products are delivered via same-day courier to ensure freshness and proper handling. We do not ship frozen items through standard delivery methods.

Do you offer nationwide shipping?

At the moment, Pawvide deliveries are limited to areas where same-day courier service is available. This ensures product quality is maintained from dispatch to arrival.

What happens after I place an order?

Once your order is confirmed, our team will coordinate delivery details and dispatch your items within the day. You will be notified once your order is on the way.

How should I receive my order?

We recommend having someone available to receive the order immediately. As some Pawvide products are frozen, prompt handling helps preserve their quality.

Can I reschedule or delay delivery?

Same-day deliveries are scheduled within a limited window. For changes, please contact us as early as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on courier availability.

What if I miss the delivery?

If no one is available to receive the order, it may be returned and/or subject to redelivery fees. Please note that we cannot guarantee product quality if delivery is unsuccessful or delayed.

Are Pawvide products refundable?

Due to the nature of frozen food products, all Pawvide orders are final and non-refundable once dispatched. If there are issues with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

Grooming Policies

What are the requirements before grooming?

Pets must be at least six (6) months old with complete vaccinations and in good health, free from illness, injury, or parasites.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, but walk-ins are not guaranteed. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred schedule.

Is a reservation required?

Yes, a ₱100 reservation fee is required to confirm your appointment. This is deductible from your final bill.

How do you handle matted coats?

We always aim to preserve the coat whenever possible, but your pet’s comfort and safety come first. In cases of severe matting, shaving may be recommended to avoid stress or discomfort.

What happens in case of an emergency?

Our staff will immediately contact the owner and coordinate with our partner veterinarian if medical attention is needed.

Any related expenses will be discussed accordingly.
