All Pawvide products are delivered via same-day courier services only.

We do not ship frozen products through standard or long-haul delivery methods, as this may compromise product quality.


Delivery Coverage

Delivery is limited to locations where same-day courier service is available.

If your location falls outside our delivery range, we may be unable to fulfill your order.


Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within the same day, subject to order confirmation and product availability.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified accordingly.

the following may apply:

  • redelivery fees
  • delays that may affect product quality

Pawsitive will not be held responsible for product condition once delivery has been attempted or completed.


Product Handling Disclaimer

Pawvide products are prepared and packed to maintain freshness during transit. However, product quality is dependent on proper handling upon receipt.

We are not liable for any deterioration resulting from:

  • delayed acceptance of delivery
  • improper storage after receipt

Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and prepared for dispatch, changes or cancellations may no longer be accommodated.
