At Pawsitive, we are committed to providing high-quality pet care services and carefully prepared products. Due to the nature of our offerings, our return and refund policies are designed to ensure fairness, safety, and product integrity.

By purchasing from or booking with Pawsitive, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services (Pawtel & Pawlor)

All reservation fees for boarding, daycare, and grooming services are non-refundable.

These fees are used to secure your booking slot and allocate time, space, and resources specifically for your pet.

Rescheduling requests may be accommodated with advance notice, subject to availability. However, failure to attend a scheduled appointment or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.

Pawvide Products (Frozen Pet Food)

Due to the perishable nature of Pawvide products, all sales are considered final and non-returnable once dispatched.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • improper storage or handling after delivery
  • missed or delayed receipt of delivery

This policy ensures that all products delivered maintain strict quality and safety standards.

Order Issues and Concerns

If there are any concerns regarding your order (such as incorrect items or quality issues), you must notify us immediately upon receipt.

We may request:

  • clear photos of the item
  • a description of the issue

Each case will be reviewed individually, and appropriate action will be taken where applicable.

Delivery Conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time
  • products are handled and stored properly upon arrival

Pawsitive will not be held responsible for product quality once delivery has been completed successfully.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Frozen pet food products (Pawvide)
  • Opened or used items
  • Services already rendered or completed
  • Reservation fees
