Bookings and Payments

Reservations are required for most services

Remaining balances must be settled upon completion of service

Dematting and Grooming Consent

In cases of matted coats, we will prioritize your pet’s comfort and safety. This may involve shaving or other necessary grooming adjustments.

Pawvide Products

Pawvide products are prepared and delivered under strict quality standards. Due to their perishable nature:

All sales are final once dispatched
Proper handling and storage upon receipt are the responsibility of the customer

Emergency Care

In the event of an emergency:

We will attempt to contact you immediately
If unreachable, we may seek veterinary care on your behalf

Any veterinary expenses will be the responsibility of the owner unless the situation is determined to be due to our handling.
